The Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, security, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure supporting the Beneficiary Helpline and related program operations. This role ensures reliable system functionality, compliance with SSA and federal security standards, and supports business continuity through proactive management, troubleshooting, and enhancements. The Systems Manager collaborates with program leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with organizational needs, prepares technical documentation, and serves as a subject matter expert on system security and best practices.

The EN/VR Timely Progress Review Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Employment Network (EN) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) participants are meeting program milestones within established timeframes. This role monitors case progress maintains accurate and up-to-date records, and coordinates with EN/VR staff and beneficiaries to verify timely achievement of required steps. The Specialist reviews documentation for completeness and conformity with program standards, flags potential delays or non-compliance, and communicates with stakeholders to address and resolve issues affecting progress. Additional duties include preparing performance and compliance reports, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and promoting adherence to Social Security Administration performance measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor progress of EN and VR participants to ensure compliance with program timelines and milestones.
• Review and verify case documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements.
• Track participant activities using case management systems and update records as needed.
• Identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or instances of non-compliance to program leadership.
• Coordinate with EN/VR staff and beneficiaries to facilitate timely completion of program requirements.
• Generate and submit regular progress and compliance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives related to program compliance.
• Assist in developing procedures or training materials to enhance timely progress review practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all federal regulations related to participant information.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of experience in case management, program compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Employment Network (EN) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) programs and processes preferred.
• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with case management or tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be able to obtain and maintain a SSA Public Trust Clearance
