  • Content Development: Create and maintain enablement courseware, playbooks, process and tool guides, and videos and other learning collateral tailored to the PEO buyer journey.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Ops and Product teams to streamline workflows, improve CRM usage, and support the rollout of new tools and processes.
  • Performance Analysis: Use KPIs and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, HR, Product, Marketing, Operations and Platform Support to ensure alignment on messaging, regulatory updates, and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations, or Learning & Development preferably within a PEO, HR tech, or B2B services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the PEO model, including HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), content management software (e.g. SharePoint).
  • Experience creating multimedia training content (video, AI, microlearning, interactive modules, etc.). using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia) and LMS tools.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable training and content.
  • Ability to self-start and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and juggle multiple initiatives
  • Ability to take ambiguous goals and turn them into execution plans
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales or retention teams in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry.
  • Experience in building enablement content to support “just in time” learning for teams with specific focus on product knowledge, sales skills and/or customer service/sucess skills.
  • Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC) or enablement platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • Reduced ramp time for new hires.
  • Increased sales productivity and client retention.
  • High engagement with enablement programs and resources.

Strong alignment between go-to-market teams and business strategy
