Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in Hazelwood, MO and Maryland Heights, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Support classified and unclassified desktop hardware
  • Provide support to multiple program engineering and productivity applications
  • Conduct CVE and POAM remediation activities
  • Domain account and access management
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting
  • Assist with planning and conduct execution of upgrades to hardware and software
  • Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher
  • Current CompTIA Security+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with STIG activities
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with Exchange user management
  • Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary base pay range $73,500 - $88,800
