ディーゼルエンジン用の液体フィルタ技術および産業車両向け油圧フィルタ技術を通じて、エンジン・建設機械・産業車両の安定稼働・信頼性向上を支えるポジションです。

本ポジションでは、当社が保有する フィルタコア技術を活用し、日本国内に拠点を置くグローバル OEM の要求仕様や使用環境に最適化したアプリケーション設計・技術提案を主導いただきます。
技術とビジネスの両面から製品・技術提案〜アプリケーション開発・設計までを主導して、量産まで関わることで、事業の収益性向上に直接インパクトを与えられます。
【主なミッション】

• 国内 OEM 向けエンジン用液体フィルタ・油圧フィルタの技術窓口として、仕様検討〜量産立ち上げまでをリード
• グローバルエンジニアリングセンターと連携し、顧客要求を反映した最適設計を主導
• 既存プラットフォームをベースにした派生開発や設計改良を通じて、コスト競争力と信頼性の向上を実現
• 営業、生産、テストラボ、CAD/CAE チームと連携し、開発リードタイム短縮や品質改善に貢献
• 技術セミナーやプレゼンテーションを通じた製品プロモーション、社内外への技術知見の発信
• 社内メンバーへの技術指導やレビューを通じ、組織全体の技術レベル向上を牽引

【Key Qualifications & Requirements  】

■ 技術的コンピテンシー & スキル

• 基本的な機械工学の知識
• 流体力学、液体ろ過技術
• 産業用または自動車用のアプリケーションエンジニアリング／設計・開発において社内、それから顧客を含めた社外との直接折衝を含めたプロジェクトリードを担った経験があること

• ビジネスコミュニケーションスキル
• 自律的に行動できること
• 他者に良い影響を与え、鼓舞する前向きな姿勢
• 専門知識と経験を活かした問題解決力
   

■ その他（出張、語学など）

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル必須（メール、技術文書、ビジネス文書の読み書きも含む）
• JLPT N2 以上、または同等レベル
• 英語：流暢であること（北米・南米、APAC、EMEA とのコミュニケーションが必須）
• プレゼンテーションスキル
• 産業用車両または自動車ビジネスの基礎知識は必須
• 国内（日本国内）および海外の技術センターへの出張が必要となる場合がある
• 出張のため、普通自動車運転免許があると良い
