1. Manufacturing Operations

• Monitor line performance, lot movement, and WIP status
• Ensure achievement of daily/shift production targets
• Maintain process stability across manufacturing areas

2. Issue Resolution & Escalation

• Identify and analyze process, equipment, and material issues
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Escalate critical risks impacting production output

3. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Improve yield, cycle time, downtime, and productivity
• Conduct time & motion studies for efficiency improvements
• Drive automation and dashboard-based monitoring

4. Production Target Achievement (4M Management)

• Achieve output targets using effective utilization of
  Man, Machine, Material, Method (4M)
• Ensure adherence to process queue time and BOM efficiency

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, OCAP, QMS, and safety guidelines
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and process traceability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with Production, Equipment, Quality, Planning, and IT teams
• Support smooth execution of manufacturing operations
• Drive resolution of cross-functional issues
• 7. Data Monitoring & Reporting
• Track KPIs: Output, yield, downtime, WIP
• Ensure data accuracy and support data-driven decisions
• Develop reports and dashboards for visibility

8. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators
• Drive training, certification (ATMES), and skill development
• Ensure accountability and ownership on shopfloor

9. Project Management

• Manage improvement projects from start to completion
• Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
• Support new product/process introduction (NPI)

Key Deliverables

• Achievement of production targets (shift/weekly/monthly)
• Improved yield, cycle time, and throughput
• Stable manufacturing process with minimal downtime
• Audit-ready documentation and compliance
• Skilled and trained workforce on shopfloor
