Responsibilities:
  • Apply Industrial Engineering concepts and logic towards development of forecasting models covering Facility bulk utility usage and/or other Fab metrics to meet the Fab operation requirements.
  • Managing and coordinating various departments and global sites in own field of modelling work, working pro-actively and collaboratively to identify areas of improvement and actionable items to achieve the best outcome for the company
  • Understand the impact to the metrics driven by scenario changes through data analysis and overall understanding of modelling and engineering concepts.
  • Communicate well to both upper management and downstream stakeholders on impact and risks towards Fab operations, driven by data analysis and logic.
  • Exploring and working on improvement projects related to own field of modelling work, such as leveraging on available automation tools to drive productivity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Good communication skills and collaborative mindset to drive actions with stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of coding/programming.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
