Job Title: Application Developer
Location: Roseland, NJ
Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks an Application Developer at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, and package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Employer will accept master's degree plus two (2) years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of related experience.
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include: OOP; Client-side JavaScript frameworks, including React/Redux or Angular; Server-side application frameworks, including Node and Express; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON; Unit testing frameworks, including Junit, Jest, Jasmine or Karma; and MongoDB.
