Recently completing a Series D raise, DriveWealth’s mission is to democratize investing globally by working with partners to invent new ways to use its API-based technology to provide emerging investors with cutting-edge embedded experiences, offer first-time access to U.S. markets, and the ability to begin investing with as little as $1. Responsibilities
- Serve as one of the technical point of contacts for Partners throughout the integration stage, tracking progress towards key milestones
- Work closely with DriveWealth’s Technical Sales team to validate Partner product requirements, and design
- Generate sandbox keys, and manage ongoing requests that require the creation of additional API functionality
- Engage in both business-level and technical conversations at different levels of an organization, including Senior Management and C-Suite
- Improve upon our Partner’s integration outcomes, including time to launch, integration health and Partner satisfaction
- Establish and lead recurring Partner check-in calls to ensure Partners are meeting milestones and clear any roadblocks
- Become an expert in DriveWealth’s current product offering, learning how to work with and leverage our API suite
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical generalist background, with exposure to API implementations, product development, or software development
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to DriveWealth’s largest Partners
- Prior experience with AWS, Postman, Sumo Logic, and JIRA a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to function and execute in a very fast-paced environment with many moving parts
- Experience supporting large enterprise customers or vendors
- Be comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product feature and API architecture perspective
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience at a growth stage API based FinTech, Infrastructure or SaaS company
- Prior experience in the investing or finance industry, specific to U.S Securities
