Company Description:

Quartet is a leading tech-enabled behavioral health company that works with health plans, systems, and provider groups to deliver speed to quality behavioral health care for all. Through sophisticated data and analytics, along with personalized services, Quartet exists to advance quality care as defined by four measures: speed to care, seamless patient experiences, improved health outcomes, and affordability for patients. The company is backed by venture funding from top investors including Oak HC/FT, GV (formerly Google Ventures), F-Prime Capital Partners, Polaris Partners, Deerfield Management, Echo Health Ventures, Centene Corporation, and Independence Health Group.

innovaTel is a leading telepsychiatry provider dedicated to improving access to exceptional psychiatric care. innovaTel partners with clinical organizations to provide a range of services to both adults and children including psychiatric evaluations, therapy, medication management, patient education and consultations.

In 2021, Quartet acquired innovaTel and are now coming together to deliver on our shared mission, delivering speed to quality mental health care for all.  We are deeply committed to growing a diverse team and an equitable and inclusive culture where all Quartetians are empowered to be themselves and do their best work. We know this is vital in realizing our mission to improve the lives of people with mental health conditions. As part of our commitment to building a diverse team, we have signed the Parity Pledge and actively encourage applicants of all backgrounds to apply.

An Insider's view of Quartet Health

What's something quirky about your company?

It's not unusual for our company meetings to have a soundtrack. Our biweekly town halls are the best example, usually opening with some serious jams. I developed a SoundCloud playlist for a series of internal trainings that I'm leading, and no one bats an eye!

Durward

Associate Director, Value Based Care Provider Operations

What does your typical day look like?

As a Senior Data Integration Specialist, my day consists of daily standups and touch bases with my team and clients. I focus on ensuring that any productionalized data is clean and manageable for the rest of the organization to use. I also spend time connecting with other team members through various ERG's and cultural outlets at Quartet!

Misa

Senior Data Integration Specialist

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Career growth is unique to each employee, but is grounded in our values. One value we live by is "One Team" - collaborating across departments. While my role sits within Customer Success, I've worked on initiatives within Ops, Growth, and Marketing. Quartet has allowed me to explore various functional areas, and develop new skills along the way!

Millie

Customer Success

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

No one person can have all the answers - only together can we be our best for our customers and our patients. From a strategy perspective, team members join our Operating Committee to present ideas, and together, solve problems. From a culture perspective, our Culture Committee builds programming to shape our culture and bring our values to life.

Puneet

Chief Executive Officer

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

Data itself cannot influence business decisions, but the team behind the structure, analysis and story of data can drive that impact. Our team is made of analysts, subject matter specialists, and data and analytics engineers who lead how data is collected, stored, and leveraged at Quartet. Their ideas and creativity are what bring power to our data

Margaret

Director of Data Operations
