Over the next three years, we have a mission to make video creation faster, easier, and more fun, on any device, in ways that have never been done before.

We are looking for an iOS engineering manager to lead our mobile team. While you will have some IC responsibilities, your main focus will be to mentor and grow the mobile engineers, ensuring that we are delivering a high quality application to our users.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage our iOS Engineering Team
  • Work closely with our product and design team to shepherd features within our iOS application
  • Write clean, well-architected, self-documenting code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship
  • Partner with our video engineering team on their codebase, developed on top of the Apple Metal API

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and shipping Swift iOS apps
  • 2+ years managing a team of engineers
  • Strong computer science background
  • A proven ability to effectively collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to ship features in a high-paced setting
  • A test-driven process that motivates writing robust tests to ensure the quality of the codebase
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for tackling and solving challenging problems
