You will…
- Manage, organize, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers
- Mentor and support your team
- Be responsible for the happiness, success, and personal development of your team
- Inspire, empower and challenge your team to be their best
- Work with the product team to help inform priorities and refine stories in the backlog
- Diligently manage and reduce technical debt across the code base
- Facilitate design meetings and advocate for the use of patterns and best practices
You have…
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience, with 3+ years of engineering management experience
- B.S. / M.S. / Ph.D. / A.B.D. in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, or a related degree, or other significant experience
- Fluency:
- 8+ years of experience developing in C# or Java
- 8+ years of experience with SQL databases
