Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to work closely with our global ops teams and client services team to help take our platform to the next level. As a part of Native your work will have an immediate and direct impact on operations in over 30 countries. You will be given the reigns to continuously iterate on multiple parts of our platform, including global operations dispatching, client analytics, and collector management. Our application has a range of unique opportunities for growth and development, from sophisticated dispatching and quality control to dynamic pricing (think 'surge pricing'). We like bright, fast, get-shit-done types comfortable with a global footprint and moving quickly. It’s a big job on a small team. So we’re looking for someone who can iterate swiftly with serious attention to usability.

Responsibilities
• Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging requirements
• Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment
• Collaborate with our global ops teams in Bogotá and London to ensure the swift rollout of new features and tests
• Aid and support A/B tests in the marketplace in service of global ops

Requirements:
• 5+ years of significant, complex software development and deployment projects
• 3+ years in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong command of Ruby on Rails, vue.js, PostgreSQL
• Ability to learn and test with new languages and methodologies on the fly
• A good communicator able to confidently collaborate with Native's diverse internal teams and partners
• Experience with on-demand/marketplace dispatching preferred not required (eg Postmates, Uber, Lyft, Onfleet, etc)
• Total self-starter who is biased toward execution and willing to own key challenges within a small team
