As a QA Engineer, of Video Delivery, you will be responsible for contributing to test strategy, running tests, and reporting results for Video Delivery and at times, across the Video Platform. You will work within multiple-contexts and collaborate with other QA Analysts, Support Analysts, Product Leads, and Software Engineers. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and sharp communicator, with energy, curiosity, diligence, and passion for discovery, learning and delivering high-quality Video software products to production.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to Test Strategy, setup and testing of Video Delivery of the Video Platform
• Run diagnostics and effectively report discovered issues to Video Engineers and Product Leads
• Collaborate with the various Video Teams to create deep understanding of the Video Platform
• Communicate with Support teams to troubleshoot, diagnose and report Production issues
• Contribute to the Product from a User and Technical Perspective
• Organize Test Marticies, documentation, and advocate for internal / external Testing Tools

What we’re expecting:

• 2 + years of Software Testing Experience (Video Software and Delivery a plus)
• Strong comprehension of various types of testing, including Discovery, Exploratory, Context-Driven, and Regression Testing (Automation Testing a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to capture and provide supporting data
• Comfortable collaborating with other Testers, Software Engineers, and Support Analysts
• Experience with Testing Tools such as Developer Tools, Proxies, and custom Test Harnesses
• Experience with Windows, Android, macOS, iOS, and TV Platforms
• Ability to recognize and run diagnosis on Visual and Technical Issues
• Creative thinking to optimize test approach and efficiency
