As part of the Business Operations team, you will be supporting a hyper growth Go To Market organization through challenging and dynamic work. You will have ownership over the architecture and general orderliness of Salesforce - looking for someone to both develop and administrate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Bluecore’s Salesforce roadmap to support rapid growth of our team and customer base
  • Identify core operational issues and propose new work streams, application solutions, and process improvements for core business units
  • Own CRM data stewardship, focus on database scalability, and short-term and long-term database optimizations and common standards
  • Review signed contracts and process the data into finance-ready format for operating metrics
  • Map hierarchies and territories in response to personnel changes; reassign accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes; grant/remove and maintain user licenses
  • Integrate various systems and tools using out-of-the-box services including Salesforce CPQ
  • Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate leads, contacts, and accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow
  • Brainstorm and advocate for repeatable, scalable solutions to complex business problems
  • Collaborate with team to design improvements to UI, reporting and business processes
  • Design reliable automation using tools like workflow, process builder and flows
  • Perform unit and UAT testing before releasing changes to production.
  • Manage change throughout the organization with collaboration, training and documentation

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree plus Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce’s automation capabilities and best practices, including workflow, visual workflow, process builder, and order of operations
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • An obsession with data quality, accuracy and standardization
  • Experience working at a SaaS startup or another fast-paced environment preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS terms and metrics (e.g. MRR, ACV), a plus
  • Experience with Marketo and CPQ technology, a plus
  • Experience working on a sales/revenue operations team, a plus
