DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a technical lead who will coordinate offshore team and work closely with stakeholders on the Customer side.

Our Client is a leading interactive entertainment company who is considering building a homegrown Mod Marketplace platform which will be used in the following contexts:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Allow multiple already locked-in partners to come to the store - They are currently limited by the lack of a mod marketplace due to it being a very important part of their business strategy
• Allow partners to increase their product longevity by growing engaged communities - A strong modding community can have an Evergreen effect on a product
• As the part of the project work on Media team scope, which plans to become a part of Developers portal

REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
• Be familiar with SDLC and agile methodologies
• 2+ years of people management, more specifically, experience in leading a distributed team of 5+ engineers
• Hands on experience with the tech stack bellow is required:
  • JAVA
  • JS
  • Microservices architecture
  • AWS
  • C++ is desired
• Great communication skills
