Pager is a rapidly growing NYC health-tech startup looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to take charge of the technical delivery of integration projects with health systems, payers, and other systems.
The ideal candidate’s prior work experience reflects high standards for engineering with proven capabilities in deploying solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to take on important technical challenges and execute them with precision and quality.
MUST HAVES
- Experience deploying digital health applications (EHRs, HIEs, Patient Portals)
- Experience with EHR or clinical interfaces engines for any of the following areas: patient administration, scheduling, referrals, results, orders, visit summaries etc.
- Deep knowledge of HL7, IHE, HITSP, CCDA, ASTM, FiHR and other modern healthcare integration methods.
- Ability to write technical Specifications, Architectural/Dataflow/Workflow diagrams, Use/Test Case Scripts.
- Excellent communication skills both with technical and business orientation.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget and to spec.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 5+ years technical implementation experience
- 4+ years of experience with enterprise EHR systems including one or more of the following: Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Athenahealth or others.
- Former employment at an enterprise EHR company or a healthcare system
- Experience with HIPAA
- Strong security practices
- Previously managed or mentored other engineers in a similar role
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, etc.
