Pinterest TwoTwenty is a small team of engineers, designers, product managers and others dedicated to exploring the future of products at Pinterest. We are looking for a fullstack product engineer with web development experience who can help us explore and ship a variety of forward-looking product opportunities that help people create a life they love. This position is open for remote-work.
What you'll do:
- Prototype new product ideas to help explore viability
- Develop production-ready features and apps for public release that can scale to support millions of users
- Develop core platform technologies to enable rapid prototyping of new features and products.
- Work with PMs and Designers to contribute to product ideation and strategy
- Analyze and visualize data to drive product insights and to inform our decisions
- Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative consumer-facing web products
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of industry product development experience
- Proficient with multiple front-end languages and frameworks (HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Flux, Node.js)
- Proficient with at least one of back-end languages (e.g. Python, Java, C/C#/C++)
- In-depth knowledge of the latest API architecture and best practice
- Experiences in building consumer facing products on desktop and mobile web platforms for a rapidly iterating product
