The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead and build our Growth Platform team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Superhuman go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our next-generation AI products, including a new product in the style of Cursor, tailored for communications. You will directly impact topline metrics by designing, building, and optimizing systems that drive acquisition, activation, and retention across Suphuman’s suite of products. Most excitingly, our team is defining what proactive AI will look like, proactively recommending the AI assistant or agents wherever they’re most helpful to our users.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to solve high-leverage problems at the intersection of product development, user behavior, and business outcomes. Your work will help shape how millions of users discover, adopt, and benefit from Suphuman’s newest AI capabilities. In this role, you will:

  • Build a strong and high-performing team. We are fast-moving, rigorous in experimentation, and highly iterative.
  • Work with your product counterpart to define the product vision for the team.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to test and scale our systems that drive measurable growth.
  • Contribute to experimentation frameworks and infrastructure that enable rapid iteration.
  • Mentor the team members and help foster a culture of impact, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical design discussions with a forward-looking approach.
Qualifications
  • Strong ownership and obsession with business impact, with a proven track record of delivering meaningful results for users and the business.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and product instincts, with the ability to translate insights into experiments and features.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and working with large-scale data.
  • Deep care for user experience and a passion for building polished, intuitive products.
  • Inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess over creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:

  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
