What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing team in New-York. You'll play a pivotal role in leading one of our AI Product team. You will drive the development and evolution of our conversational AI technology while managing a team focused on building new features, enhancing existing capabilities, and ensuring optimal performance of our chat solution.

• 3+ years of experience in managerial positions.
• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Python and Javascript (Node.JS) (advantage)
• Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, etc.)
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP services
• Experience using Databases (MySQL / Postgres / Snowflake / MongoDB)
• Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with emphasis on scalability, high availability, comprehensive testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience building virtual assistants (LangChain, Pipecat) - advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
