About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we’re pioneering how organizations secure the era of Non-Human Identities (NHI) and Agentic AI. Our platform ensures these digital entities are visible, governed, and trusted.
We’re looking for an Engineering Team Lead to drive the development of our cloud and SaaS integrations platform. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers, build scalable infrastructure, and uncover security insights that help enterprises govern and secure their most critical digital connections.

- Grow engineers & culture: Beyond building systems, you’ll build people: mentoring, coaching, and driving a culture of technical excellence.
- Lead a team developing deep SaaS and cloud integrations, from design through production.
- Own delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with product managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
