The Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting prospective members through the Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE enrollment journey. This position ensures every application is accurate, complete, and processed on time while delivering a positive, service‑focused experience to participants, caregivers, and referral partners. The role combines customer service, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross‑department collaboration to keep enrollment operations running smoothly.
- Support prospective and active members by handling calls, inquiries, and referral intake with professionalism and care.
- Verify eligibility and process Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE enrollments accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update enrollment data across tracking systems, EMRs, and state/federal platforms.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, referral partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Uphold regulatory compliance while contributing to workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
Education:
- H.S Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
$50,000-$53,000 per year
