Be the first US on‑the‑ground AE to land net‑new enterprise logos, own outbound and inbound deals, close large ARR, build US sales playbooks, partner with founders and Barcelona GTM, and shape ICP, messaging, pricing, and processes.
🚀 We're hiring at Supersonik!
The way software is sold is changing radically. We're entering the agentic era: AI agents that don't just assist, but actively run core go-to-market workflows like demos, onboarding, enablement, and sales training.
At Supersonik, we're building the infrastructure that makes this possible.
We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), supported by angels from Google, DeepMind, and leading SaaS companies, and already working with some of the most ambitious software teams in the world. A new category is emerging, and Supersonik is going to be part of the GTM stack of the future.
Overview
Be our first US hire on the ground. Close net new ARR. Build the playbook every AE we hire after you will run.
Key Responsibilities
→ Land net new logos across enterprise tech accounts
→ Run a hybrid motion: close inbound and founder-led pipeline, but own outbound as your primary lever
→ Partner with the founders and the Barcelona GTM team on deal strategy
→ Build US-specific sales playbooks from scratch
→ Operate as a founding seller: shape ICP, messaging, pricing feedback, and process as we learn
Main Objective
Become Supersonik's first feet on the ground in the US, generate net new ARR, and define the playbook our future AEs will run.
Non-negotiables
→ 7+ years total experience as a quota-carrying AE in net new business
→ Tech or SaaS background, with the US as your primary market
→ Track record of winning net new logos and closing large deals in the US
→ Based in NYC or relocating
→ Fluent English
Strong Signals
→ Grew from SDR to AE inside the same company
→ Multiple promotions at one company over lateral moves across many
→ Currently or recently selling AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling to CROs, VPs of Sales, or RevOps leaders
→ Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-iterating environment
→ Has been the #1 or #2 AE on a team — promotions, accelerators, or President's Club to back it up
→ Has opened a new market from scratch
💵 Compensation
$150,000 to $200,000 base salary (depending on experience).
🌱 Why Supersonik
→ Small, elite team with deep startup, top-tier consulting, and tech experience
→ Early exposure to C-level decisions, top-tier AI work, and strategy
→ Real ownership in defining how agentic systems are used in the real world
