Who we are & why this matters now

CMOs approved the AI spend. They bought the tokens. Now they need to show business impact without losing control of brand, compliance, or quality.

That's why Stensul is getting pulled into the world's largest brands and their enterprise marketing teams. We help them ship with AI, without losing control.

Stensul is the Governed Creation™ platform for top consumer banks, healthcare firms, and pharma companies, as well as iconic brands like BlackRock, Cisco, Equifax, Siemens, and Thomson Reuters. Our AI tools and controls help them turn human- and AI-generated campaigns into approved, market-ready content faster.

We are looking for hunters with a proven track record closing new business with senior marketing leaders. You'll build pipeline, win new logos, and land enterprise brands as AI makes governed content creation more important every day — then partner with the team to set the stage for long-term account growth.

We live by four values: Lead with Customer Value, Garra, Move with Purpose, and Win as a Team. If you thrive in complex enterprise environments and want to own a revenue-generating area of the business, keep reading.

What you'll do

Our Enterprise Team has proven themselves with logos ranging from $100K to $1M+, with customers like Intuit, Siemens, and BBC. This is a full-cycle sales role — you'll own a territory, build pipeline, and close deals.

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing

  • Build and progress pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and account-based plays

  • Identify and develop mobilizers in large organizations who can drive change and consensus for group buying decisions

  • Partner with the Solutions Consulting team to develop solution maps and demonstrate how Stensul drives value in their organization

  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to run a tight, targeted approach to your accounts

  • Negotiate initial contracts while building land-and-expand plans for long-term account growth

  • Translate customer workflow challenges into compelling business cases grounded in ROI, governance, and AI readiness

What You’ll Need
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of building and closing pipeline

  • The ability to translate complex technology into terms that resonate with marketing leaders and operations teams

  • Comfort with MEDDPICC or a similar qualification framework

  • A self-starter mentality — you combine creativity and initiative with strong organizational skills

  • Extreme curiosity: you ask a lot of questions and are eager to uncover as much as you can in every conversation

  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where process is evolving and you're expected to help build it

Why Stensul, why now

You'll be selling something that actually matters. Enterprise marketing teams are under more pressure than ever — faster timelines, AI in the workflow, higher compliance risk, smaller teams. Stensul solves a real, urgent problem, and customers feel it the moment they're live.

The market is moving our way. Governed Creation™ and our MCP early access program are positioning Stensul at the intersection of AI and enterprise marketing operations — one of the most active buying conversations happening in the enterprise right now.

You'll have real ownership. This is not a role where you manage relationships and wait for renewals. You'll build account strategy, run expansion plays, and own the revenue outcome. Growth from the base is one of our primary company-level OKRs — this role sits at the center of that bet.

The team around you is strong. You'll work with a Customer Success team that has deep relationships in your accounts, an SDR who will execute outbound plays you design, and a Marketing function that will invest in your accounts. You won't be doing this alone.

Everyone has equity. You'll have a stake in what we build — not as a token, but as a real part of how we think about shared ownership.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + equity

  • OTE: $200,000 – $300,000 (approximate 50/50 split)

  • 401(k), life insurance, commuter benefits, parental leave

  • Flexible time off + regular company Recharge Days

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City headquarters. Compensation ranges reflect this location and our openness to candidates across multiple levels of experience. Actual compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Stensul is an Equal Opportunity Employer, meaning that we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected class.
