About Codes Health

Codes Health is building the modern platform for medical record retrieval. Record requests today move through fax machines, phone trees, and manual follow-up, a process that can take weeks and routinely stalls the legal and clinical decisions that depend on it. We use AI in conjunction with human review to pull decision-ready records in a fraction of the time, with a level of accuracy legacy vendors can't match.

We just turned two, doubling order volume month over month, and on a clear path to category leadership. We're well-funded (post Series A) and building toward 100x our current scale.

Our mission is to fully automate record retrieval. Getting there takes sharp engineering and relentless execution, in equal measure.

About the Role

Sales is how Codes Health grows. We have doubled our sales team since January. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own our largest, most complex accounts: law firms and healthcare systems where deals involve multiple stakeholders, longer cycles, and higher stakes. Our customers hand us mission-critical workflows that directly affect legal outcomes and patient care, so how we close, how we set expectations, and how we build long-term partnerships matters as much as whether we close at all.

You'll own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close and account expansion for enterprise-tier accounts, while helping shape our early-stage enterprise sales playbook with your own expertise and autonomy. You're helping define how we sell into large, sophisticated organizations, how we structure enterprise agreements, and what "great" looks like at the top of our market. You'll be selling a complex, high-trust product to demanding, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and shaping our enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up in the process.

Culture is part of the job here. How we sell, how we treat prospects, how we connect with internal teams, and how we represent the company are all things we take as seriously as the number itself.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close for a complex, high-trust product sold to multi-stakeholder buying committees.

  • Navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and multiple internal stakeholders on the buyer side.

  • Contribute to and evolve our enterprise sales playbook: refine qualification criteria, messaging, pricing, and contract structures, and help onboard and ramp new AEs as we continue scaling the team.

  • Manage and grow relationships post-close, building strategic account plans and identifying expansion opportunities within the large accounts you land.

  • Expect lots of travel. When you're not traveling, expect to be in the office. Our teams are in-person five days a week at our office in Dumbo.

  • Represent Codes Health in person at conferences, on-site meetings, and industry events. This is a core part of how we build trust and scale distribution.

  • Work directly with the VP of Sales to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy and feed customer insight back into product and positioning.

  • Understand that we are selling an outcome, not a service.

Who You Are

  • A high-caliber B2B seller with a track record closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals, ideally with six- and seven-figure ACVs.

  • Experience selling into legal preferred.

  • Excellent at discovery. You ask sharp questions, listen closely, and diagnose what a prospect actually needs before you pitch anything.

  • In-person oriented. You believe trust is built faster face-to-face and want to be in the room with prospects and with your team, not just on Zoom.

  • Comfortable operating without a playbook. You build structure rather than wait for it.

  • NYC or remote.

Why Join Codes Health

You'll be a foundational part of building a category-defining company. You'll work directly with the VP of Sales to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy, help scale our fast-growing customer base, and define how Codes Health sells to the largest accounts in our market for years to come.

The work has real stakes: your deals directly affect how quickly law firms resolve cases and how efficiently healthcare providers deliver care. In return, you get real ownership, visibility across the company, a steep growth curve, and a chance to help steward Codes Health through hyper-growth while building a track record that compounds.

If you want a role where your judgment, your execution, and your relationships genuinely move the business, this is it.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $150,000 commensurate with experience.

  • On-target commission: This role includes commission-based pay tied to individual sales performance.

  • Meaningful early-stage equity.

  • Unlimited PTO.

  • Health benefits and a setup built around doing your best work.

Actual base pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications and may vary from the range listed above, consistent with New York pay transparency requirements.
