About Guidde

Guidde is an AI-powered digital adoption platform that turns everyday workflows into rich, multi-format documentation in minutes. Teams use Guidde to scale knowledge across employees, customers, and AI systems, with in-app video guiddes that live where work actually happens.

More than 5,500 organizations, from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, rely on Guidde to reduce support load, accelerate onboarding, and make knowledge available on demand.

Now we're building our next chapter: a new product that will change how the world's largest enterprises manage and scale knowledge. This is a high-visibility role at the center of that launch. You'll work closely with leadership, shape the go-to-market playbook, and land the logos that define what comes next for Guidde.

Like our platform, the ideal Guidder is clear, impactful, and focused on delivering value. We blend a startup environment with sports team principles: strategic in planning, collaborative in execution, and obsessed with customer wins. We value doers who listen more than they talk and show up ready to play their best game.

If you're an enterprise hunter who can open doors at the biggest companies in the world, earn executive trust, and turn first logos into long-term partnerships, your place is on our roster. Go Guidde!

What will you do?
  • Break into the largest enterprises: Own an outbound-led motion into a named list of strategic enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees). You'll build account plans, research org charts, and run multi-threaded outreach to create a pipeline where none exists today.
  • Partner with SDRs: Work side by side with a dedicated SDR on target account strategy, messaging, and sequencing. You set the plan and they help you scale it, so first meetings turn into qualified opportunities.
  • Win new enterprise business: Run full-cycle deals from first meeting through executive alignment and close, with ACVs ranging from $100K to $300K.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments: Run structured sales processes across users, champions, economic buyers, and executives, including security, legal, and procurement.
  • Build a book that compounds: Every logo you close becomes part of your portfolio. Invest early in champions and executives, stay close to usage and business impact, and surface expansion opportunities as customer needs grow.
  • Use product-led signals: When accounts already have bottoms-up usage or inbound interest, use it to accelerate your outbound and turn it into executive buy-in and structured commercial agreements.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales Ops, and Leadership to ensure smooth handoffs, strong onboarding, and coordinated account strategy.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline: Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline, forecast accurately, and balance new logo acquisition with the health of your growing book.
What will you need to have?
  • Enterprise SaaS new business closing experience: 3–6+ years of quota-carrying closing experience in enterprise SaaS sales — with a strong track record of closing net-new logos in Enterprise segments.
  • Experience selling AI agent or agentic solutions: AI assistants, autonomous workflow tools, and similar products, sold to enterprise buyers. You can explain what agents actually do, handle questions about accuracy, security, and governance, and show measurable ROI past the hype.
  • A builder's mindset: You're energized by ambiguity and want to help define how a new product gets sold, not just run a playbook someone else wrote. You think strategically, test new approaches, share what's working (and what isn't), and turn early wins into a repeatable motion the team can scale.
  • Experience selling into L&D, IT, or adjacent functions: Digital Adoption, Enablement, IT Service Management, or HR Tech. You know our ICP, the tools they use every day (LMS/LXP, ITSM, DAP, knowledge bases), and the problems they're under pressure to fix.
  • Executive-level selling experience: You've sold to and earned the trust of senior leaders in Guidde's core buying centers: CIO, CISO, VP of IT, CLO, VP of L&D, and Head of Enablement.
  • Complex deal experience: Proven ability to close deals involving multiple stakeholders, legal, security, and procurement processes
  • Autonomy and judgment: Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize thoughtfully, and manage a growing portfolio of accounts without micromanagement
  • Communication and collaboration: Clear, direct communicator who works well across Customer Success, Product, and Sales functions and earns trust as a reliable partner
Bonus points if you have:
  • Enterprise ecosystem experience: You've navigated deals that touch platforms like Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP, and you know how to position alongside the systems enterprises already run on.
  • New product launch experience: You've been one of the first AEs selling a new product or category, and you helped build the playbook, messaging, and early reference customers.
  • Outbound motion builder: You've partnered with SDRs to open net-new enterprise accounts from scratch, not just worked inbound.
  • Land-and-expand ownership: You've owned both new business and expansion revenue within the same book of accounts.
  • Scaling SaaS background: You've worked at a SaaS company during a period of significant growth.
Your journey with Guidde
  • Be part of the launch: Join a high-visibility team taking our next product to market, and build your enterprise book from the ground up.
  • Shape the playbook: Work alongside Sales leadership, Product, and Customer Success to define how we sell into the world's largest enterprises. Your input will directly influence how we grow.
  • Fuel your growth: Access opportunities to advance into senior enterprise sales, team leadership, or strategic account roles as Guidde scales.
  • Your Value Matters: Receive a competitive compensation and benefits package
    • We offer for this position a salary range of $280,000 OTE - $320,000 OTE

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and are enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
