We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

Role Summary:
As Enterprise Account Executive – New Business for our People & Payroll Division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by acquiring new logo clients at the enterprise level. This is a self-generation heavy role: you'll respond to inbound leads but will primarily prospect, build pipeline, and close new business independently. You'll communicate complex payroll and workforce solutions to enterprise clients and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You're an ambitious, driven new business hunter with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales and hands-on payroll domain experience. You know how to build pipeline from scratch and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new logo opportunities from self-generated prospecting through to closing
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new enterprise markets and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Product) to tailor solutions to enterprise client needs
  • Maintain sound knowledge of our full Payroll and People product suite, and be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each
  • Stay ahead of industry developments through conferences, networking, and market awareness
  • Hit/exceed sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Minimum weekly call/activity numbers and self-gen pipeline targets
  • Conversion of MQLs into qualified opportunities
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual new business revenue targets
  • Salesforce admin discipline across all opportunities
  • Forecasting cadence and accuracy
  • Accreditation on pitch and demo for applicable Payroll products

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years enterprise software sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Payroll experience is a must
  • Strong, demonstrated self-generation track record — not just an inbound closer
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise a demanding, multi-deal workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present complex solutions to enterprise stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Previous experience running software demos
  • System knowledge – CRM (Salesforce preferred); LinkedIn Sales Navigator
