About Avoca

Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.

We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.

In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Avoca, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, for our largest and most strategic home services accounts. You'll work directly with operators, and home service business leaders at scale to understand their call flows, conversion challenges, and growth goals, and help them adopt Avoca as a mission-critical revenue engine across their organization.

This role is built for a hunter: someone who builds their own pipeline, thrives in founder-led sales environments, is comfortable selling a technical product into large, multi-stakeholder organizations, and wants to help define how Avoca sells as we scale upmarket. This role reports to Jack Gashi, our VP Sales.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for our largest enterprise home services customers, from prospecting to close.

  • Proactively build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise-fit accounts rather than waiting on inbound.

  • Run discovery calls to deeply understand customer operations, call workflows, and revenue pain points across complex organizations.

  • Deliver tailored demos and solution pitches that map Avoca's AI to enterprise outcomes and ROI.

  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression across long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with high accuracy.

  • Navigate complex buying committees and drive consensus across founders, operators, procurement, and finance.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to structure and close complex, high-ACV deals.

  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap, positioning, and enterprise go-to-market strategy.

  • Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What You'll Bring
  • 7-10 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred), with a track record of winning enterprise or high-ACV deals.

  • A demonstrated hunter mentality, you generate and win deals rather than just manage what lands on your desk.

  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close high-ACV deals from first touch to signature.

  • Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.

  • Comfort selling to operators and executives at the enterprise level.

Who You Are
  • Experience carrying an enterprise or strategic accounts quota and winning outsized deals.

  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts simply to varied stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.

  • Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus.

  • Experience selling to home services or operations-heavy businesses is a plus.

  • Excited to work in-office with a high-ownership team in NYC.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell

  • Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays

  • Company-wide off-sites

  • Daily in-office lunch through Parkday

  • Dinner covered when working late

  • Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare

  • Monthly wellness stipend

  • Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request

  • All core tools and software provided

Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $380,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
