About Waniwani
Waniwani is building the AI distribution infrastructure for the $10T services economy. We enable service vendors to sell quote-based services (insurance, financing, wealth, software and more) directly inside LLMs like ChatGPT, where buying decisions are moving, and we are building the agent-to-agent commerce future.
Our first product generated its own type of SaaSpocalypse. We launched the world's first insurance app unlocking quotes in ChatGPT. It triggered a $79B market crash for the world's largest brokers. The press called it "the industry's ChatGPT moment." Now thousands of companies want to deploy their own AI-native storefronts through our infrastructure.
We are global from day one: US, Australia, Middle East, Korea, Europe. Our team is small, the ambition is not.
The role
Insurance is being sold through AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude or Muse. The largest insurers in the world want us to help them distribute their offers through these AI agents.
AI is now a real acquisition channel. Consumers and businesses use ChatGPT and Muse to search for, compare and buy insurance. Most insurers don't know how to react yet, and some, like Insurify, have chosen to block it. Every insurer needs an answer to this shift, and carriers, bancassurers and large brokers in the US and Europe come to us to take back control of their distribution.
As our first Enterprise seller, you explain what is happening in the market and give them clarity. You understand each insurer's specific need, identify the champion, win over the decision makers and sign logos in months, not years.
You report to our CEO and work side by side with our sales leads in the US and Europe. As you close the first deals, you write the enterprise playbook that the next sellers will use.
What success looks like in your first year

  • You own the enterprise pipeline, and the company plans on your forecast.

  • You sign large insurers that become reference accounts.

  • Your deals close in months, because you find the champion early and keep every stakeholder moving.

  • Our enterprise playbook exists, you wrote it, and the next sellers ramp on it.

What you'll do

  • Own the pipeline. Take over our enterprise opportunities (from the founders, inbound and partners) and run every deal to a decision.

  • Navigate large organizations. Map large organisations, identify who wants this to happen and who signs, and build consensus across business, IT, compliance and procurement.

  • Sign big logos, fast. Close carriers and large brokers in a matter of months, at enterprise ticket sizes.

  • Sell a technical product to every stakeholder. Explain the business case to a CMO or a Head of Distribution, then hold the technical conversation with their IT team on integration, data and security. Bring compliance and procurement along, and say clearly what our AI does and doesn't do.

  • Turn every deal into an enterprise deal. Spot the next product line, channel or market inside each insurer you sign, and grow the first project into an enterprise-wide contract.

  • Hand over cleanly. Bring our deployment team in before signature, so every deal you sign goes live.

  • Build the playbook and the team. Turn what works into a repeatable enterprise motion, and help hire and ramp the next sellers.

What we're looking for

  • Enterprise closer. 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with a record of beating quota and closing six-figure deals with large companies. Financial services (insurers, banks, large brokers) is a strong plus.

  • Navigates complex organisations. You have sold into large enterprises with many stakeholders. You find the champion, map who decides and who can block, and keep a buying committee moving to signature. C-level executives take you seriously.

  • Technical products. You have sold a complex or technical product (AI, data, APIs, platforms). You translate it into business value for a CMO and stay credible in front of an IT team.

  • Builder. You like building in a lean team, and you have shaped a sales playbook or process that others now use.

  • AI-native. You use AI in your own work every day, so you can talk about it from experience.

  • Languages. Fluent English. Another European language is a plus.

Practicalities

  • Location: New York or Paris.

  • Contract: Full-time.

  • Compensation: to be determined, depending on your profile.

  • Reports to: Robin, CEO.

  • Start: as soon as possible.

  • How we hire: intro call (30 min), a business case with a live session in front of the founders, two team conversations, then references.
