Position Summary 

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing mid-market and enterprise customers within the Skywire network footprint. This role focuses on prospecting, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships while driving revenue growth across Skywire’s entire product suite. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, outbound outreach, networking, and strategic territory management. 
  • Manage full-cycle sales engagements from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution. 
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with IT leaders, property managers, and C-level executives to identify opportunities and present tailored connectivity solutions. 
  • Position Skywire’s full portfolio: Dedicated Internet Access, Fixed Wireless, UCaaS, Cloud Connect, POTS replacement, SD-WAN, and managed network solutions. 
  • Conduct on-site meetings, building walkthroughs, and technical discovery sessions in collaboration with Sales Engineers. 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM. 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
  • Partner internally with Sales Engineering, Provisioning, Support, and Network Operations to ensure successful delivery and onboarding. 
  • Stay current on competitive landscape, market trends, and building-by-building opportunities across the Skywire footprint. 
  • Represent Skywire at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as needed. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 3–7 years of B2B telecom or technology sales experience (DIA, fiber, fixed wireless, VOIP, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity). 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity requirements, building infrastructure, and last-mile technologies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Existing relationships within NYC's commercial real estate, MSP, and IT decision-maker communities. 
  • Technical understanding of IP networking, redundancy, routing, and cloud application performance. 
  • Experience selling into multi-location enterprises or large commercial properties. 
  • Familiarity with the NYC telecom ecosystem and competitive landscape.
