The Enterprise Account Executive will drive vendor-facing commercial growth, manage vendor relationships, onboard new vendors, and implement revenue strategies to exceed targets.
RigUp is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive I who will be responsible for Vendor-Facing Commercial growth. Our ideal candidate for this role will be well-versed in oil and gas, knowledgeable in standard office software, motivated to impact supplier and client relationships, and driven to exceed expectations.

What you'll be doing:
- Vendor Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential vendors through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Interest Generation: Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with potential vendors, generating interest and enthusiasm.
- Onboarding: Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training to new vendors on how to use our platform, tools, and resources to maximize their sales potential.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to help vendors achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Assisting with feedback and reporting as well as market analysis to aid in strategic guidance of company initiatives
- Triaging requests from clients to the supplier pool to ensure clients' needs are met
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional experience preferred but not required:
- Experience in logistics space
