About CoverForce

CoverForce is on a mission to modernize commercial insurance distribution. We’re building the connective infrastructure that enables brokers, carriers, MGAs, and wholesalers to quote, bind, and distribute insurance seamlessly and digitally. Think of us as the Plaid for commercial insurance.

We partner with top carriers like Travelers, Liberty Mutual, and Chubb, and our tools are trusted by national brokerages and agency networks across the country. Whether through our web platform or our powerful APIs, we enable faster quoting, cleaner submissions, and embedded distribution across the commercial insurance ecosystem.

Launched in 2022, CoverForce has raised over $18M from top VCs and strategic angels including Insight Partners, NYCA, QED, and execs from Google and Plaid. We're headquartered in NYC with a remote-flexible culture and backed by a team that’s scaling quickly.

About the Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help us scale our GTM motion across top brokerages, agency networks, and wholesale intermediaries. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who knows how to own a complex sales cycle, build pipeline in an early-stage company, and close 6-figure+ deals with insurance decision-makers.

You’ll report to our Head of Sales and work closely with leadership, product, and customer success to land and expand strategic accounts.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, close, and expand

  • Build relationships with top 100 brokerages, wholesalers, MGAs, and carriers

  • Drive pipeline through outbound, channel partnerships, and referrals

  • Understand the customer’s quoting workflow and pain points to position CoverForce as the infrastructure layer they need

  • Conduct discovery and deliver compelling demos that connect to business value

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to ensure customer success and long-term expansion

  • Attend key industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and drive pipeline

You’re a Strong Fit If You:
  • Have 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience (ideally in a Seed to Series D startup)

  • Have closed $1.3M+ in SaaS quota annually across complex sales cycles

  • Understand the insurance ecosystem deeply—brokerages, wholesalers, carriers, and/or MGAs

  • Are comfortable selling into VPs of Distribution, Digital, Ops, and C-suite

  • Can run full-cycle deals from outreach to close without hand-holding

  • Are energized by early-stage momentum and helping build the sales motion from the ground up

  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills

  • Are organized, coachable, and able to navigate long sales cycles

  • Are based in or near Denver, CO (preferred, not required)

  • Willing to travel as needed for key meetings and industry events

Compensation & Benefits

CoverForce has offices in Denver and New York City, with a hybrid-flexible working model.

  • OTE: $240,000–$350,000

  • Competitive equity package

  • Full healthcare, dental, vision for you and your family

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Home office setup stipend

  • Parental leave for all types of families (including adoption and foster care)

  • Hybrid-flexible company, HQ in NYC

CoverForce is building the future of insurance distribution. If you're looking to make a meaningful impact, move fast, and work with smart people who care—we’d love to meet you.
