Enterprise Account Manager

 This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate is based in New York or New Jersey, or within an easy commute to New York City, and has a strong track record of closing enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within your assigned region
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Apply a value-based sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive deal success
  • Build strong executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
  • Partner with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver winning solutions
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to drive demand and expansion
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account data in Salesforce
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent Checkmarx at select industry events and trade shows
  • Travel as needed within the region
  • Proven success selling SaaS, subscription, or cloud-based solutions to large enterprises
  • 4+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Strong experience with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodologies
  • Cybersecurity sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling application security, DevSecOps, or software development tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and complex deal management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Self-driven, results-oriented “hunter” mindset
  • High technical aptitude and experience with Salesforce and CRM tools
