Enterprise Client Development Associate Intern – Private Capital Markets 

Location: Hybrid - NYC  

Intapp is looking to hire a professional Enterprise Client Development Associate (CDA) Intern who can convert prospects into sales opportunities, manage initial stages of the sales process, be proactive to further build pipeline for the Intapp sales team, and use CRM and marketing automation systems to report on lead velocity and pipeline creation. 

 

What you’ll contribute: 

  • Work closely with the go-to-market team to identify prospects with the greatest revenue potential. 

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to generate engagement with “high potential” prospects. 

  • Map accounts, research current strategies, and conduct cross-departmental analysis of target client. 

  • Craft messages, assist with marketing events, and manage invites and client lists for round tables. 

  • Ensure platform hygiene as a white space analyst, collaborating closely with the go-to-market, product marketing, and marketing teams. 

  • Drive attendance and conduct follow up for all events Intapp attends or sponsors (e.g. trade show) or produces (e.g. webinar, thought leadership event, commingling customer/prospect events). 

  • Regularly report on quantity, velocity and conversion of marketing leads and sales opportunities. 
       

What you’ll need: 

  • An interest in B2B sales or marketing. 

  • An interest in the financial services and/or investment banking and private equity sectors. 

  • Ability to develop a professional rapport and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams. 

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives (internally and externally) as required. 

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision.

What to Expect:   

  • Our Summer 2026 Internship Program begins June 1, 2026, and is projected to end August 7, 2026  

  • Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.  

  • Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
