As an SDR at Aibidia, you’ll be at the front line of our sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and fuelling the pipeline for our growing U.S. team. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine our outreach strategy and help establish us as a major player in the region.
There is a progression framework for high performers who want to grow into senior/enterprise sales. You’ll work within a modern go-to-market environment alongside Marketing, Product Marketing and Account Executives, using intent data, outbound sequencing, events, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and personalized outreach to generate enterprise pipeline.

What you’ll be getting up to:
Consistently execute high-quality prospecting activity and contribute qualified pipeline for the U.S. sales team.
Becoming knowledgeable with Aibidia’s industry, market, product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and KBPs (Key Buying Personas).
Execute strategic outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and personalized video outreach to engage enterprise tax and finance leaders.
Utilise our intent and AI tech stack to compose personalised, problem-led messaging that resonates with senior tax and transfer pricing leaders.
Be the first point of contact for potential customers, working closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
Work closely with the Marketing team to engage and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
Work with and influence our prospecting playbooks, containing KPIs aligned to your targets (generating qualified pipeline).
Please note, as an early member of our U.S. SDR team, you’ll have direct influence on how we build outbound strategy, messaging, and pipeline generation in North America.
What we’re looking for:
Prior SDR experience in an international facing role
Experience prospecting into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
Strong and demonstrable ability to consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline through disciplined outbound execution in the U.S.
Comfortable working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce. Experience working intent data, AI for outreach personalisation and closely with Marketing functions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively engage CFOs, Heads of Tax, and other senior decision-makers
This position requires being in the office 3 days per week to support collaboration and team engagement.
Nice to have:
Experience of working in International Tax, Transfer Pricing and/or Consulting
Skills in creative cold outreach i.e. Loom and video-based outreach
Solid LinkedIn presence.
What success looks like:
Building qualified pipeline consistently within U.S. enterprise multinational accounts
Developing confidence engaging senior tax and finance stakeholders via problem-led messaging
Becoming highly effective in strategic outbound prospecting
Partnering closely with Marketing and Account Executives
Progressing toward Senior SDR and future AE opportunities.
Compensation:
The base salary is $65,000 - $75,000. This position is also eligible for commission through a well-defined plan. The total package is determined by several factors, including location, skills, and overall experience.
