About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join BSI’s Global Key Accounts team. In this role, you’ll connect with large organizations that have expressed interest in BSI and turn those initial conversations into well-qualified sales opportunities.

You’ll go beyond the first inquiry to understand each customer’s priorities, uncover broader challenges, and identify where BSI’s services could make an impact. Through thoughtful discovery and research, you’ll help position BSI as a strategic partner from the start.

You’ll work closely with Global Account Directors, Enterprise Business Development Managers, Sales, and Marketing to develop opportunities and connect customers with the right expertise across BSI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound enterprise inquiries, responding promptly and guiding prospects toward clear next steps.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand each organization’s priorities, challenges, stakeholders, and reasons for reaching out.
  • Look beyond the initial request to identify broader opportunities where BSI’s services could support the customer.
  • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, potential value, complexity, and Global Key Account criteria.
  • Work with Enterprise Business Development Managers, Global Account Directors, and BSI specialists to shape opportunities and make informed handoffs.
  • Record discovery insights and opportunity details in the CRM to support follow-up and pipeline visibility.
  • Share feedback with Marketing on lead quality, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Help improve qualification practices and create a consistent, thoughtful experience for enterprise prospects.

What we’re looking forEssential
  • Experience in lead qualification, sales development, business development, or consultative customer engagement, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to lead discovery conversations that uncover customer priorities, underlying challenges, and broader opportunities.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders at large organizations and building credibility early in the relationship.
  • Strong business judgment to assess lead quality, strategic fit, and potential value.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to turn discovery insights into useful next steps for sales teams.
  • A collaborative approach to working with Sales, Marketing, and solution experts.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, including accurate CRM records and timely prospect engagement.

Highly desirable
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads from large or complex organizations.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a global or matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and structured qualification methods.
  • Exposure to consulting, assurance, certification, or other complex service offerings.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Salary Range:
US = $55,000 - $60,000 + Commission

The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
