We currently serve more than 200,000 transportation and delivery services nationwide, including UberEats, FedEx Ground, OnTrac, Instacart, and more, and power over one million deliveries a day. Our data is also used to improve operations for government and public safety agencies, telecom providers, and real estate professionals.

Job Description

About the role: 

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative will be managing a prospecting pipeline, funneling through the existing pipeline, and adding new accounts to their process daily. 

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include-

 

  • Successful penetrate Beans key accounts, generating interest from key stakeholders about the Beans solution

  • Schedule appointments to discuss the Beans solution with potential customers 

  • Professionally represent the Beans brand and solution in a customer-facing role 

  •  Assist the enterprise AE team in prospecting and other early funnel stage activities

Qualifications

 

  • Be a great communicator on the phone and via email – you can provide information verbally and in a collaborative fashion with great customer rapport
  • 1-2 years of experience of Sass Sales
  • A closer – while you don’t need much sales experience, you need to be driven and eager to move conversations forward
  • You obsess over a great customer experience – when you get a support inquiry, you will want to get it resolved as soon as possible in the best way to ensure a great customer experience
  • Motivated and motivational – you have a knack for getting people and customers excited to see the benefits Airwallex will bring to their business
  • Willing to learn and adaptable – you don’t need to have it all figured out, you just have to have a desire to learn and always be willing to improve and adapt
  • Startup experience is preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce experience or other CRM’s
