What You'll Do:
- Research new markets and build a strong pipeline of leads through platforms like Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and others.
- Become a subject matter expert on our brand, SaaS products, and business offerings.
- Drive growth through outbound prospecting, converting leads into opportunities and ultimately closing deals.
- Own your pipeline and proactively identify key contacts within target accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise sales cycles and mapping out strategies to engage multiple stakeholders within accounts.
- Initiate high-level discovery calls with senior decision-makers.
- Make an average of 70 outbound calls daily to prospects, aiming to schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Nurture relationships with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Gain a deep understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing efforts, prospect touchpoints, and smooth Account Executive hand-offs.
- Develop and execute email sequences for outbound campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain an understanding of the social media landscape.
- Exceed quarterly targets, KPIs, and prospecting standards.
What You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably within SaaS sales targeting the enterprise segment.
- A positive, determined attitude with the ability to turn "no" into "yes" through consultative questioning and strong objection handling.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (additional languages are a plus).
- A team-player mindset, eager to contribute to an ambitious, growing team.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
- Experience with sales automation/prospecting tools such as Salesloft, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
- Expertise in cold calling and building meaningful relationships.
- Strong ability to craft personalized, engaging emails that resonate with customers.
