The Role
As a Security Engineer, you’ll be foundational in building and securing our internal systems and SaaS infrastructure. You will design, implement and maintain the security tooling and policies for protecting our corporate infrastructure. You'll partner with teams across the business to build strong security foundations that enable the business to grow safely.
What you will do
- Partner with IT, Operations and engineering to support secure onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
- Harden and monitor corporate devices (MacOS, Windows, etc.) and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Respond to and remediate internal security events and misconfigurations
- Automate user lifecycle and SaaS security hygiene wherever possible
- Deploy and manage enterprise security tooling
- Mature our vendor management processes
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) across SaaS apps, SSO, and internal systems
- Partner with the IT and security incident response teams to support the creation and maintenance of a security corporate environment
What you bring to the table
- 10+ years in IT security, endpoint security, or corporate security engineering
- Experience deploying and configuring security tools and building zero-trust environments
- A practical, automation-driven approach to internal security at scale
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats.
- Experience building secure automated workflows for common IT tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Entra, SSO/SAML, device management tools
- Practical knowledge of endpoint and network security principles
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001
- Familiarity with SaaS security posture management (SSPM) tools
Salary range is estimated at $150,000 to $230,000
