LeadVenture is seeking a Senior OEM Territory Manager to join our sales team! This role will focus on building relationships and selling Firestorm Marketing’s digital solutions to large dealership groups and enterprise accounts across our dealer verticals.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling directly to dealerships or within the dealership industry, with experience in one or more of our key verticals including Powersports, RV, Marine, Agriculture, Heavy Equipment, Heavy Truck, Trailer, Outdoor Power Equipment, or related dealer markets. Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, technology, advertising, or other solutions to dealers is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing large enterprise opportunities, navigating multiple decision-makers within an organization, building relationships across dealership groups, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, and closing new business. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and other internal teams to develop solutions that meet the needs of our largest customers.

  • Identify, research, and prioritize large dealership groups and enterprise accounts
  • Prospect into new accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Navigate complex organizations and multiple decision-makers within large dealer groups
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Understand dealership business needs and identify the right Firestorm Marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle and after the sale
  • Manage opportunities and activity within CRM and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and other internal teams to develop customer solutions
  • Attend industry trade shows and events and represent Firestorm Marketing with customers and prospects
  • Travel throughout the U.S. and Canada approximately 2–4 times per year

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience selling to dealerships, dealer groups, OEMs, or within a related dealer industry
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Powersports, RV, Marine, Agriculture, Heavy Equipment, Heavy Truck, Trailer, Outdoor Power Equipment, or related markets
  • Experience selling to medium, large, or enterprise dealership groups, including organizations with multiple locations. 
  • Experience prospecting and developing your own enterprise opportunities
  • Ability to navigate multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles
  • Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, technology, advertising, or other business solutions is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, networking, and building relationships within the dealer industry
  • Organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline and CRM
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
