Job Description

The Business Analyst role will focus on defining/refining business requirements for a project. The role requires to meet with business and technology teams and acts as a bridge between them to assimilate and dispense information in easily understood terms

Responsibilities:

  • Help communicate initiatives and priorities to field facing support staff via email and phone conversations
  • Review and escalate Advisory account breaches and variances
  • Maintain reporting around current daily tasks and initiatives
  • Analyze large sets of data and report findings to the team
  • Review, update, and maintain policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree
  • Excellent written and Oral communication skills
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiations at all levels to accomplish goals
  • Work Independently and proactively to take initiatives in problem solving
  • Skilled to work among multi-facet teams and stakeholders
