Support end-to-end recruitment delivery for various industries by sourcing, screening, managing candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

We are looking for a Entry level- Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client engagements. This role will work closely with the TA Lead and internal team to source, engage, and manage candidates across public sector, healthcare, banking, and private industry roles.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and passive talent outreach
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with the TA Lead and team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS systems such as Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Assist in RFP/RFSQ/RFI recruitment support activities (candidate identification, mapping, coordination)
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates aligned to client requirements
- Support offer discussions, availability checks, and rate alignment
- Ensure compliance with client and recruitment processes
Qualifications & Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency experience preferred)
- Experience sourcing for IT, business, or public sector roles is an asset
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Zoho Recruit or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques is an asset(Boolean search, LinkedIn, networking)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
