Superlanet is exclusively seeking an Epic Cadence & Prelude Analyst for a6-month contract opportunity (with the potential for extension or contract-to-hire) supporting a large-scale Epic implementation across multiple community health centers.
Candidates must reside on the East Coast and be available for monthly onsite travel.
The Epic Cadence & Prelude Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, optimization, testing, implementation, and support of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization applications. This role partners closely with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and clinical operations teams to optimize scheduling, registration, and referral workflows while supporting a successful Epic implementation.
- Design, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization.
- Support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referral workflows.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic system build.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, workflow validation, and go-live support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and build specifications.
- Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization (required).
- 3+ years of Epic application build and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of patient access, scheduling, registration, and referral workflows.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, or Community Connect environments preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
