Lead MyChart Analyst responsible for coordinating IS efforts, analyzing and supporting applications, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Lead MyChart Analyst to support a healthcare organization in Texas. The Information Services Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating the efforts and content within the designated focus area. This position is the most senior level and will require coordination and consistency across related IS teams.
This is a 3-month contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of extension, offering fully remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, and support assigned applications and solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
- Support and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Partner with Service Desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Participate in project implementation activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, and go-live support
- Maintain and enhance system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices
- Provide end-user education, training, and ongoing support
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and integrations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data integrity, and security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic MyChart Analyst
- Epic MyChart certified
- Experience as a lead analyst on key project initiatives
Benefits
Pay rate based on qualifications $75.00 - $80.00+
