In this role, you will:
- Act as a primary point of contact for institutional clients using our electronic trading platform, including algos, DMA, and workflow tools.
- Oversee onboarding and configuration of custom client electronic trading solutions.
- Provide timely insights on market structure, execution performance, and routing behavior to help clients achieve best execution.
- Conduct data-driven analyses, including TCA reviews, to identify optimization opportunities and enhance platform usage.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations to support platform enhancements and ensure a consistent, well-controlled client experience.
- Support business growth by identifying client needs, promoting platform capabilities, and helping strengthen strategic relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Securities Sales Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- A BS/BA or higher
- 5+ years' experience in Electronic Trading, Low-Touch Coverage, Algo Sales, or TCA Support
- Background supporting institutional clients or managing electronic trading relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a book of electronic trading business.
- Strong understanding of U.S. equity market microstructure and electronic trading workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable client insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, risk-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Job Expectations:
- Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 57 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
