In this role, you will:

• Act as a primary point of contact for institutional clients using our electronic trading platform, including algos, DMA, and workflow tools.
• Oversee onboarding and configuration of custom client electronic trading solutions.
• Provide timely insights on market structure, execution performance, and routing behavior to help clients achieve best execution.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, including TCA reviews, to identify optimization opportunities and enhance platform usage.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations to support platform enhancements and ensure a consistent, well-controlled client experience.
• Support business growth by identifying client needs, promoting platform capabilities, and helping strengthen strategic relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Securities Sales Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• A BS/BA or higher
• 5+ years' experience in Electronic Trading, Low-Touch Coverage, Algo Sales, or TCA Support
• Background supporting institutional clients or managing electronic trading relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a book of electronic trading business.
• Strong understanding of U.S. equity market microstructure and electronic trading workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable client insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, risk-sensitive environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Job Expectations:

• Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
• Registration for FINRA Series 57 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
• Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
• This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
