As a Project Manager within the Equities Operations Transformation, you will focus on the delivery, management, and governance of change and transformation for the Futures & Derivatives Clearing product, and offers the opportunity to lead across initiatives at both a regional and global scale, driven by internal business decision making, and external industry, market and regulatory requirements. You will work on projects include but not limited to new market and product expansion, strategic platform implementation and process re-engineering, controls and efficiency agenda, involving business process improvements across Operations, Front Office & Technology, Client Strategy and Delivery, and Mandated Industry and Regulatory change.

Job responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects for the Futures & Derivatives Clearing business
- Drive initiatives forward, provide leadership, direction, and focus for business functions and project resources, coordinating change implementation into BAU through project methodologies and effective issue escalation
- Conduct business analysis to identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, advising stakeholders on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions versus benefits
- Maintain robust and auditable project governance processes to ensure accurate and timely project delivery, in accordance with firm-wide Risk, Control, and other relevant guidelines
- Coordinate change implementation into BAU through standard project methodologies, ensuring control framework requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts, and produce project reporting for management
- Encourage creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to enhance project outcomes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Markets and/or Financial industry, with proven expertise in managing complex projects or programs
- Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analytics and tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels; experience managing diverse teams and fostering inclusivity
- Independent, proactive, and able to quickly understand complex subject matter, multi-task, and work well under pressure with a controlled mindset
- Exposure to integrating AI solutions, implementing automation, and fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a relevant discipline

- Strong knowledge of Equities, Futures & Options, and Derivatives trading products
