We are seeking a passionate and driven Research Associate to join our award-winning Semiconductor team. You will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Research Analysts, contributing to our firm's reputation as a leading equity research provider. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact in the financial markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models for Semiconductor and Semiconductor Equipment companies.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and company-specific developments.
  • Perform financial analysis, including valuation techniques, to support investment recommendations.
  • Interact with senior management and investors, presenting research findings and insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of research reports, earnings previews, and industry updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify value-add ideas and generate unique research insights.
  • Stay updated on industry news, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and analyses as required by the Senior Research Analysts.
Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • Prior experience in equity research, investment banking, or a finance role within the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise writing.
  • A solid understanding of the Semiconductor supply chain and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • MBA and/or CFA designations are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sell-side experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in equity markets and corporate finance.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
