The Strategy Director role is a key leadership position that is part of the Electronic Systems Sector Strategy and Planning team. In this role you will work closely with your peers and collaborate across the sector to lead and assist with sector wide strategic initiatives, assist with market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts, shape our corporate investment strategy, and support acquisitions and divestitures. This role reports directly to the Electronic Systems Vice President of Strategy and Planning.
To expand the experience base of our current team, we are particularly interested in individuals with broad business or functional experience across BAE Systems, understanding of how our organization operates and experience collaborating across networks to conduct targeted market and competitive analysis.
Based on multiple factors, remote work may be a possibility for this position, at the discretion of the business.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Expert user of M365 suite, including proficiency with Power Automate
• Executive/C-Suite level presentation development skills
• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
• 3 years in a management/lead role, functional or product/program
• Active US Secret Clearance and ability to obtain US Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with building integrated business plans
• Experience with acquisitions and divestitures
• Experience performing broad market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Understanding of current Electronic Systems products and markets

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
