Manage day‑to‑day payroll operations for US/Canada clients using Workday Payroll in an outsourced/offshore delivery model. Ensure accurate, compliant, and on‑time payroll processing, strong controls, and timely stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Support full payroll cycles in Workday for NA clients (pre‑pay checks, validations, approvals, payroll run, off‑cycle/retro). Perform reconciliations (gross‑to‑net, payroll‑to‑GL, bank, taxes, benefits) and resolve variances. Maintain payroll data: EIB loads, earnings/deductions, tax elections, garnishments, one‑time payments. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (time systems, benefits, GL, banking) with vendors and internal teams. Manage employee/payroll inquiries via ticketing system and meet SLA targets.
