Job Description
Job Summary
As an Analyst for the Americas Equities Prime Agency Create/Redeem Desk, you will be a part of a growing franchise that works closely with the ETF market making community in trading, managing and chaperoning their trades through the create/redeem process. You will learn the nuances of the create/redeem process across all asset classes and assist our clients in their understanding of the process. You will manage the process of deriving our client ETF prices and ensure our trading books are flat and in line with P/L expectations. You will also help to streamline workflows and processes, driving strategic improvements for the business with a focus on automation within the trading, booking, and confirmation space.
Job responsibilities

  • Demonstrate familiarity with create/redeem space and an understanding of the embedded risks
  • Engage in daily pricing, risk management, and execution
  • Partner closely with technology
  • Collaborate with support and development teams to help automate processes and streamline workflows
  • Implement efficiency improvements to the team.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Highly motivated individual who operates well under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in global financial markets with strong numerical skillset and knowledge of ETF marketplace
  • Strong analytical and technical / quantitative skills
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English required
