About the Role

Old Mission is looking for an ETF Salesperson that will help build and maintain meaningful trading relationships on behalf of the firm. This individual will primarily work to expand our client facing initiatives in the US, leveraging Old Mission’s technology and global trading desks to deliver a positive and consistent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish new trading relationships on behalf of the firm
  • Represent Old Mission at industry events and conferences
  • Deliver presentations and participate on panels
  • Cross sell with other global trading desks within Old Mission (non-US ETFs, ADRs, equities, bonds)
  • Work closely with the sales trading desk to ensure proper coverage of existing clients
  • Help maintain internal databases
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently 

 Required Skills

  • 5+ years in an ETF sales role
  • Some experience managing a territory is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail - working with customers & internal trade desks
  • Interest in quantitative trading ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience working in collaborative settings 
  • Series 7 is required

Base Salary Range 

$125,000 - $200,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
